1. You shop on a store's site like normal
2. Add items to cart

4. Voila! We will see you at 75 Shannon
Note: You do not need to access the stores from our website in order to use our delivery service
When done correctly, e-commerce can be good for the environment because it means more products are moving in less vehicles.
We also plug quality goods, meaning they will last for a while, and hopefully be passed on to others instead of being tossed away.
Additionally, because the products travel such a short distance, we can use minimal packaging and cut back on gas! We're hoping to go electric some day, but for now we're using what we have :).
For now, yes, it is only for the college.
This is a really small startup, and we only have the means to deliver to campus. We eventually hope to expand our operation to more than just Middlebury College, but that won't be for a while when we get the resources to do so.
We will gladly take an item you purchased locally (downtown Midd) for return, however it is not up to us to decide whether you will be refunded.
When returning an item, be sure to include tags or anything else requested by the retailer.
Submit a return request here.
Depending on when you order, we can guarantee it same-day or within 48 hours.
Some of our partners take the weekends off to spend time outside or with their friends and family, which means we cannot pick up orders from them on those days. Therefore, delivery time can vary throughout the week.
We will try our best to get your purchases to you in a timely manner and communicate with you if something comes up.
Yes, we do!
We are experimenting with a business model that helps keep costs balanced between you, the customers, and the retailers in our network.
Many e-commerce platforms offload significant fees onto retailers so they can offer free shipping to customers.
We believe storeowners deserve a a break after such a challenging year, and this is one of the ways we're trying to help out.
At checkout? Yes, but actually? No.
We are still figuring out a streamlined way to merge carts from different stores. Until then buy your products with the delivery fees, and then either email us at email@example.com, or put a note in your final order that says "multiple carts-(last name here)". We will look for your orders and reimburse you so you only end up paying one shipping fee.
Don't worry, we're going to figure this one out!
